Razer Blackwidow chroma V2 not recognized

I have a blackwidow chroma v2 that used to be recognized by Synapse 3. I have followed all of the troubleshooting options to get the keyboard to be recognized. It won't let me program the macro keys, and windows sees it as a blackwidow chroma. I've uninstalled synapse, unplugged the device, restarted, installed synapse, and plugged the keyboard back in, in that order and every permutation of that order I can think of. Is the keyboard dead to synapse for some reason?

    If clean reinstalling Synapse and the steps on this page didn't work, please gather your Synapse logs and send them to me. I can use it to take a closer look at your Synapse and assist you accordingly. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your keyboard and a screenshot of how the keyboard is detected in the Device Manager for further review. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
