Ultimate controller drifts left out of the box

Both of my joysticks pull slightly to the left. Just picked up the controller yesterday. It's a real problem when flying airplanes and it wants to circle left all of the time . Is there any way to reset the settings so where the sticks are sitting at rest are considered (0,0) ? I can't find any way to recalibrate .

    Let me check this one out for you. Please PM me the serial number of your controller. I can use it to verify its model and check if there's a model-specific solution for this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
