Need help with connecting to Xbox one X. plugged into phone and work instantly. I tried changing multiple things on Xbox/PC and no resolution. Second headset to not pair.

    Won't the headset pair on your PC and Xbox? Do note that the wireless operation of the Nari ultimate is not possible on the Xbox One. You can only use the 3.5mm cable to connect the headset to Xbox One. Please PM me the serial number of your device. That way, I can verify its model and advise you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
