Does anyone work for the support system? Is there a shipping shortage of downloads?
I spent over $2800 for a laptop thats supposed to come with Windows 11 and Guardians of the Galaxy - and all I get from support is "we will up this to the next level, they will talk to you within 48 hours, and the only responses I get are "we haven't heard from you, we assume everything is ok"
is this normal or am I just extremely unlucky?
