macros are not adding

my friend also has the same problem,he cant import any macros,so i guess its from razer side not me?

Checked it, have the same problem with importing macro from XML file. It doesn't appear on "My macros" list. I've submited a case for it on Razer Support: 211028-001668 @Razer.Speedcr0ss could you look at it? Thank you.

hello i bought a razer deathadder essential mouse about 2-3 months ago.i installed the macro module and imported a xml macro and it was working great,now for some reasons i cant import any macros.when i import and i select the xml macro file ,and open it,nothing happens,the macro is not adding,i tried uninstalling razor synapse 3 and still its not working.any tips how to fix it?

Have you tried logging out from your Razer Synapse, restarting your computer, and logging back into your account? Should the issue persists, please send me your Razer Synapse and MSinfo logs.
