my brand new Razer Orochi V2 keeps on disconnecting even while on wireless mode. this is affecting my experience of the product. can i get help on this.

Does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? Also, have you already tried using our Mouse Pairing Utility? If that is the case, PM me the serial number of your device. That way, I can verify its model and look for other possible solutions for this problem. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
