Razer Iskur titl mechanism broken

I have an razer iskur gaming chair and my issue is that i cant adjust the resistance of the tilt mechanism, i cant rotate in any direcion the nodle form the bottom of the seat.

Can you send me a short video clip showing the issue via PM? That way, I can take a closer look at the situation and advise you accordingly.
