Razer Pro Type Disable Sleep

Currently there is no way to prevent the Razer Pro Type from automatically going into sleep mode. To make matters worse currently the maximum timeout option on Synapse is a mere 15 minutes. The Razer Pro Type will even go to sleep while it's plugged into power. This automatic sleep issue leads to you constantly having to remember to wake up the Razer Pro Type before typing or typing only to discover that the first part of whatever you're typing did not register as the Razer Pro Type has once again automatically gone to sleep. This is a huge issue for someone who bought the Razer Pro Type to use during a 8+ hour work day. Is there any plan to address the sleep issue? If not, why not? It would seem like this would be a simple update within Synapse. Please help me understand why disabling sleep is not an option for the Razer Pro Type.

Have you tried the steps from this link? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including the device's serial number so I can initiate a case and forward it to our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
