Razer Synapse 3 Error Code -1

I've been trying to install Razer Synapse 3, but every time I try to install it, it says: "1551934988YCAXdyA8RzGMS_Setup_V2.0.138.162.exe, installation failed with error code: -1." Can anyone help me?

Have you installed Synapse 3 before? If so, let's make sure that no residual files have remained in your system as they may corrupt the new installation. Just go to C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories and delete all the files in there. These folders may be hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them. Once done, please proceed in reinstalling Synapse by downloading it from this link: http://rzr.to/synapse-3-pc-download.
