Razer Kraken X Surround Sound Card Scatched
My parents bought the headphone for me and when i scratched the code i scratched it too hard and the words are unreadable is there any other way to get a new code even if i have to pay?

Otherwise, send me the following: a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card. b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box. c. Proof of purchase.
