"Tournament Edition" Mouse spontaneously freezes

Mamba TE randomly freezes for a few seconds. Has happened since I bought the mouse two years ago. Yes, I have tried everything. It has even persisted through a complete system reinstall.

Complete system reinstallation is even too much for me. Please PM me your device's serial number along with the list of what you've tried so far so we can avoid redundancies. For now, please send me the system logs from your Windows Event Viewer if there's anything left so I can take a closer look at what's happening. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
