GPU Drops when i plugged in the tartarus v2.

Does anyone have an idea to solve the following issue? Im playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint (With Wildlands no issue!!) and when i want to play and plugged in the Tartarus V2 into the pc the GPU from the GTX980 drops from around 100% to 30% and the graphics in the game are a disaster and cant play the game it laggs, freezes and the responses are so bad that the game cant be played. When I deattach the Tartarus the GPU is going to around 100% and everything is fine. I already reinstalled razer software, but cant find a fix for it.

    Have you tried connecting the Razer Tartarus V2 to another USB port or computer? Should the behavior persists, please submit a case via chat to get real-time assistance or via email.
