Blackshark V2 x earcup unbalanced

For some reason my right earcup is slightly quieter than my left one, its mainly noticeable on lower volumes. I litteraly just got this headset so i know i didnt break it. Is this just normal for 3.5mm headsets?

    I noticed with the volume lowered that the right side of the headset is louder too. I don't know if its thx spatial, a volume setting or what like if you were to use the thx spatial the sound for audio direction it seems like on low volume most of the sound would be 1 or 2 O'clock instead of a 12 O]Clock and equally through both earcups.
