Just purchased a DeathAdder v2 X Hyperspeed to replace my old DA Elite.
- Added mouse via bluetooth.
- Uninstalled Synapse 2, rebooted
- Installed Synapse 3, rebooted.
- Logged onto my account, added Macro module, recorded very simple macro. Assigned macro to button
- Macro didn't work
Workaround
- Plug in USB fob
- Switch to 2.4
- Verify macro works
- Switch to Bluetooth
- Verify macro works
NOTES: If you log out of your account, and log back in (or in this case, another profile that support had me try), you have to repeat the workaround for the macro to work under bluetooth.
Seems like a software bug to me...either that, or this should be well documented for bluetooth users.
