Razer Hammerhead True Wireless not pairing

Hi! Have just encountered a problem with my Hammerhead TWS where I have a problem connecting with my , iPhone X. It says that the 'pairing was unsuccessful'. Here's what I have done so far: 1/ Tried connecting with 2 other devices (my desktop and another phone), pairing was successful. 2/ Tried connecting another wireless earbuds on my iPhone, was successful. 3/ Tried resetting the hammerhead (tap 3 times until hold until it turns off, then put it back to the charger) 4/ Paired it with my iPhone X with the earbuds inside the charger and the charger open, it successfully connects but after a few seconds when I put it inside my ear it disconnects automatically. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
