good afternoon, i'm having problem connecting my kraken bt edition headphones with my synapse 3.0, i tried everything, repair,reinstalling, update the drivers and still not working, please fix this. i hear perfectly when its connected with the stereo version but when i play the sound its really bad. thanks.

      That's a letdown. Were you able to perform the steps from this link? Ensure that your headset's battery is full while using it.
