Unable to create macros on synapse 3

Hello all. I recently bought some new Razer gear (basilisk ultimate and Black Widow 3) and I am unable to create macros. for whatever reason it won’t record any keystrokes or clicks. I’ve done everything I can. I’ve repaired the software, uninstalled it all and reinstalled and I’ve let the program in the firewall and disabled antivirus but I can’t seem to find the issue. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks I’m advance.

Since clean reinstalling your Synapse didn't fix this, please gather its logs by following this guide. You can upload the log files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link via PM. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files: 1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. 2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. 3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
