Unable to control motherboard chroma after power outage.

My motherboard is an ASRock X570 Taichi Razer Edition, and after a storm knocked out my power for a bit, I've been unable to change or even turn on the RGB using Synapse 3. The lights work, and can be controlled via the UFEI menu using preset settings that are generally found in Polychrome. However, when my computer boots and Synapse starts, the LEDS turn off entirely, despite being detected. Any ideas or solutions to fix this problem? All of my other chroma devices are working as they were before the outage.

    Have you tried checking your Windows event logs for any errors? If there are, please send it to me via PM so I can check on it. For now, try performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. You can upload the logs on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device. I can use it to check for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
