Synapse high Cpu usage when disconnects from the Internet

As you see in the image when I disconnect the laptop from internet, cpu usage increases too much. I tried disabling DNS Client service but then again it's just Synapse with 15% cpu usage. I reinstalled the app and cleaned its AppData folder. Synapse is updated 3-4 times after encountering this issue but still it's not fixed.

    Please delete the files inside path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restart Razer Synapse. Should the behavior persists, please send me your MSinfo and Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive then paste them in your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
