my code isn't working I don't know why but i think it is a glitch pls help me my headset RAZER KRAKEN X USB

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboard board does not work Otherwise, prepare the followings and wait for one of the RAZER support~~~

• P/N
• RAZER ID and email address
• Photograph of the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code (do not upload it on this thread)
• Proof of purchase (receipt)
