BlackShark v2x Bass problem

My blackshark gives all sound with bassed even songs without basses, the games are even worse like csgo, the weapon sounds are just making headache. this problem also reduces the sound quality. how can i fix this problem? i tried to disable bass with realtek drivers but nothing worked at all.

    I was using line out port and switched to line in port, the issue was gone but other issues started like after %50 volume rate doesnt matter even it is %100.
