Razer Naga Trinty Mouse Scroll Wheel

The mouse scroll wheel (scroll up and down) on my Razer Naga Trinity stopped working for no apparent reason. It does 1 scroll input after being reconnected then stops functioning. All other mouse keys work correctly. The issue began after disconnecting the mouse from the USB port and reconnecting for the first time in several months. There is no external damage to the scroll wheel. It is clean and scrolls freely. I have tried:
  • Removing, reinstalling, repairing and updating the Razer synapse
  • Removing, reinstalling mouse drivers
  • Using alternative USB ports
  • Changing windows scroll line settings
Using the mouse on a different PC does not resolve the issue. Behavior is the same. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can try cleaning your mouse with the help of this guide. But if the issue persists, there's a good chance that the mouse dial is malfunctioning. Please send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to check if there's a model-specific fix to this and verify its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
