MAMBA HYPERFLUX + FIREFLY HYPERFLUX sound distortion

G'Day All, I am having this issue that the mouse start to affect the computer sound. The sound gets distorted when listening to music and using the mouse. t happens after a random period of time. Let's say after 10 min, 30 min using the computer \\mouse. If I stop using the mouse sounds come back to normal. I do elave the mouse mat connected and by itself it does not cause the issue. I have tried different USB ports, using a USB hub. I have not tried different cable, because the cable is not standard. Also the distorted sound happens direct from the PC ports such as the headphones jack, through USB the speakers, and even when using an external DAC. The system is Windows 10 to the latest patches, BIOS and drivers the latest 3 months ago (I got he mouse 6 months ago). Motherboard is a Asus Z-170 Deluxe. Thanks in advance.

That's odd. Have you tried plugging your device to a different PC to check if it would also affect its audio system in the same manner?

I did try on a Surface Book 2, and I didn't have the issue. But since it is random, and even though happens 90% of the time, sometimes it can take sometime to start doing it. So Razer has not got anyone else reported this issue?

I can see that this is an isolated case since it wasn't replicated on another system. However, I'd say that this is not impossible as there also exist several articles online talking about the same issue (not just with Razer devices). Some people say that it's rooted in the motherboard itself. I suggest testing the device on another PC that has the exact same set up as yours so you can properly rule out the possibility of this being a computer hardware issue.
