the mouse when i connect it 1st works well but after 5 mins stops working , when i reconnect it it still doesnt work after i stop computer and start up after few hours works again then stops i need help , has no physical damage btw

    I think return it or it a problem with the receiver, you can buy a new one on amazon for cheap.
