Razer Nari Ultimate headset wireless problems

I bought this headset a few months back from BestBuy and registered it when I got home, the set up and install with razer synapse 3 worked fine. I noticed after about 2 weeks of use and no problems that there was a faint crackling sound whenever there was any dialogue or a similar sound. This only happens when used wirelessly but it ruins the experience. Instead of Hifi full THX surround sound with haptic feedback I get something that sounds like it was recorded on a broken mic that crackles anytime it picks up sound. My only option is to use it wired but that makes this headset pretty useless since all of its best features (THX spatial sound, Haptic feedback, etc.) can only be used through wireless connection. I have tried re-installing all of my razer software, downloading new drivers, tried every usb port on my PC and none of it has made a difference. Is this simply a faulty product I got and they aren't all like this, or should I get a different one like the Kraken? I have seen a whole lot of problems people have posted about this headset and its issues with Razer Synapse3 so I'm beginning to think the latter. If anyone has any insight on whether this is a fixable issue or how I can return this one for a different headset I would extremely appreciate it.
