Razer Basilisk V2 Ultimate Mouse Wheel Issue

I recently bought Razer Basilisk v2 Ultimate and now it has an issue with the mouse wheel, If I'm scrolling down it scrolls up and it is just oddly sensitive, I can't keep scrolling up or down without it going the opposite way for a bit. I tried to reinstall Razer Synapse and Razer Application but they did not help with the issue, Even tried it on a different PC, and no help still.
