Razer Deathadder Essential Scroll Wheel stops working from time to time.

Ok so its the 2nd razer mouse i get to avoid this problem and it keeps happening. My scroll Up/Down are not working from time to time. Some days they will work some times they won't. I have no idea what triggers this. It happens as i do anything. I have done everything. - Reinstall Synapse - Reinstall Mouse Drivers - Updating Windows - Trying different usb ports. - Checking for internal damage. - Tried mouse on different computer. The mouse works perfect. - Tried different mouse on the computer i have the problem. Scroll Wheel Up/Down works. Please help me. I have been searching for this fix for a long time.
