My razer viper mini won't scroll properly
I bought it back in december 2019, it's been 2 years of me using it. I've faced this issue for about 6 months now but it has gotten pretty severe for the past couple of weeks.
Basically earlier it started scrolling down when I scrolled up, and vice versa, but now it just wont scroll. It just scrolls after I scroll my fingers 10 times on the wheel.
Before anyone asks, I've tried
1. resetting the mouse from synapse
2. switching ports
3. cleaning dust
Kindly help me if you can, would appreciate it a lot

+1Did you opened the mouse to clean the dust? Or just use an pressured air to slightly clean it?
If the 2nd option - try opening your mouse and cleaning the encoder with some q-tip.
If it's still not working - the encoder may be faulty and requires replace (soldering a new one).
