Accidently Damaged Activation Key for 7.1 Surround Sound

Same here. I really really need help :(((((( Someone please help

Upon scratching the key bar to get my code, I unfortunately damaged the code. I was eager to get it done and to get to gaming. Could someone possibly help me? I can provide a picture of the damaged key code and also provide a serial number.

Hey, all Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Also if your RAZER headset is a secondhand, there is a likely chance that the previous owner already used the 7.1 SS Activation code. The code can only be applied to one RAZER account.
