Razer Book 13 shutdowns and BSOD

Hello everyone, I bought a new razer book 13 a couple of days ago. I really like this model, but I am upset with the appearance of such problems as random shutdowns and the appearance of BSOD. Updating the drivers and bios did not help, at the moment I have BIOS ver2.02 and the intel iris xe graphics 30.0.101.1069 driver The only solution I could find was to disable the turbo boost and hyper-threading functions in the BIOS and the laptop works fine. Any ideas how you can solve this problem without disabling the turbo boost? It's a shame to buy such a laptop and end up using the processor by only 70%

For WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR I'd check RAM modules first for eg. with Memtest86 application. Also I'd try clean install Windows, to reject some software problem.

Having same issues on a brand-new Book 13. Windows Reliability Monitor showed numerous critical HW errors. Using WinDBG I analyzed the dump files for the hardware errors and they ALL point to the Intel Iris XE Integrated driver (igdkmdn64.sys). I was running the latest version but rolled back to older version using Device Manager. That did not resolve the issue. I have opened a support case with Razer - will share updates
