synapse issue with Huntsman V2

Hello. I have trouble with my HUNTSMAN V2 analog keyboard while SYNAPSE is running. No more responding, the keys stop working, it's like the keyboard was broken. Only the lightening is still functonning. Everything come back to normal when I deactivate SYNAPSE, meaning that I can't use key attribution, double key features and so on... I've already read the differents threads about that problem and try multiples thing like reinstall SYNAPSE, change USB port, reboot, etc... I've read that RAZER ask for private exchange in order to fix that problem. Product informations : (*Omitted the keyboard's details) Can you help me ?

    Same for me, clearly is a software issue, if the keyboard is not recognized by synapse, works normally. when recognized stops keying and all occurs after a recent update to a new synapse version.
