My 7.1 Surround Sound Code doesn't work.

Hello! I just bought my headset Razer Kraken and when I putted my surround sound code on the software to activate this one, it didn't work. How could I fix this problem? Thank you for attention.

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
