[Razer Kishi] only RIGHT side works

Hi, I have a Razer Kishi and today the left side stopped working. I have tried it on different phones to the same effect. Firmware is on 02.70. My phone updated last night (Android 10), but the Kishi worked after that, so I don't think that's the issue. I have checked inside and the ribbon is connected correctly. I have no accessibility services on. I do not have one handed mode on. Any ideas what it is?

      If it's feasible, try pairing/connecting the gaming controller to an iOS phone and see if the issue persists. Otherwise, contact where you purchased the device and request a replacement.
