RAZER VIPER 8KHZ STUTTERING?

Every time I try to move fast I have stuttering my mouse is a razer viper 8khz when I activate 8000 polling rate I get that, is it that the game does not detect it? or something like that if you can tell me tips to disable something whatever to solve this problem would help me I have knowledge of pc I can look for options and enable or disable them (this happen to me on fps games like apex legends and the strange thing is that it worked until the day before yesterday when I changed the case for a bigger one with space to put more enermax fans) SYSTEM SPECS CPU RYZEN 7 2700X COOLER LIQ MAX III RAM 4X8: 32 GB RAM XPG D60G VIDEO CARD EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3060 12 GB

Does the behavior happen while connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer? Check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed.
