Razer Synapse not saving/changing settings

I keep trying to change my mouse sensitivity on Synapse but the dpi doesnt change. I've tried creating new profiles but that doesnt work as well (theres just a loading wheel next to the dropdown bar). Theres also this red icon in the top right corner and i dont know what it means. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    That's the Razer Synapse 3.0's battery indicator. What Razer device are you using? Please gather your MSinfo and Synapse logs first. Once done, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 and update the Windows .NET framework. I’ll be locking this thread now.
