[Surround Sound Activation Code] Razer Support Looping Responses; Need Actual Help
I submitted a help ticket regarding the activation code for surround sound 7.1. Basically, the Kraken X headset I got didn't come with a scratch card, so I had to request one from Support.
The Support Team told me to register my product and wait for 24-72 hours, so I did. It's been 7 days and Support has told me to register my product two more times despite having it already registered. Every time I provide my proof of registration, they tell me to just wait or assure me that it's already getting worked on.
I've gotten nothing but messages telling me to register and to wait 24-72 hours only to receive another request to register my product and wait even longer. I'm worried that this is just going to continue until the new year at this point.
I'd be to provide any information that might help.
