Razer Wolverine V2 CHROMA shuts off whenever I press one of the paddles or aftermarket buttons.

As the title reads. If I press a paddle, pause button, option button, even the trigger stops, it shuts off. How do I resolve this? The thing is brand new.

    Whenever I plug my headset in my new controller shuts off also. Terrible Christmas. Thanks Razer!
