Scratched off activation code

I bought the Blackshark v2 x yesterday and I tried to scratch the thing that covered the code carefully but it just wouldn't reveal the code. I accidentally scratched it too hard and scratched off the activation code, because of this I can't activate the surround sound. This is my first purchase from Razer and I would really like to get the most of it. Is there any way I could get a new code? Thank you.
