Synapse 3 performance tab not functioning

Just updated my RB 15 Advanced BIOS, EC and ME to their latest version and now my Synapse 3 is not working properly. I cannot adjust the fan settings nor the performance mode is working as intended.. Please help!

    Are the said options unavailable or did you mean the settings just won't save? I'd appreciate it if you can put up a screenshot of that Synapse 3 tab.
