Razer Blade 15 Base Model 2020 experiencing CPU/GPU issues.

I've had my laptop for almost a year now and it has been running fine, however, recently my CPU temperatures seem to be unstable, being as hot as 80 degrees celsius even when I only have 1 chrome tab running, and Task manager says my CPU is running under 10% utilization. If I try to run a game, it'll only be a few moments until I see major performance issues, my CPU easily runs at 95-100 degrees celsius, and usually either my laptop will crash entirely or Nvidia will crash. I can't open Razer Synapse or Nvidia Control Panel either, which may be unrelated, but I really don't know what to do, so any advice would be appreciated!
