Fail to reload "BONUS GOLD VOUCHER."

hi, o won 3 bonus gold vouchers but was only able to redeem 1, after trying with the other 2 i keep getting (and have being for 4 days now) a failed to reload message is there anthin extrea i hae to do? do i need to reload cash in order to redeem ?

Hi @SilverAlucard, If I'm not wrong, the US$1 Bonus Razer Gold voucher is able to redeem once per user only, regardless no. of participation/redemption per user. OR I might be wrong and it's caused by the system error which you might need to submit a ticket to our Razer Gold Team here, and you can also contact them via Live Chat to get this sorted out in real-time.
