Razer Barracuda won't connect to wireless C donger

I recently bought a razer barracuda and had issues with the wireless C donger pairing wirelessly. Suspected it was a hardware issue so i got it replaced. However i'm currently facing similar issue, even after having it replaced, of not being able to pair it to my computer wirelessly. Anyone has any solutions or advice?
