razer blackshark v2 pro mic just stoped working

the mic of my headphones randomly stoped working after unplugging the mic, i tried reparing the razer synapse sofware since that worked before but it didn't now, i also tried unplugging the wireless card, unnistalling and installing the software again. tried to check in sounds if there was an issue there, there wasn't, i tried troubleshoting, it also didn't work, idk what more to do could i get some help
