Tartarus V2 resetting keybinds when plugged into dock

Hey all, I've had a tartarus v2 for the past year or two and I've noticed that any time it's not directly plugged into my computer, it randomly resets its keybinds until I unplug and plug it back into the machine directly. This has happened even with the Razer headphone base USB ports as well as a dock I've been using. Is this a synapse issue? Is there a fix?

    if that were a synapse problem i suppose that everybody around would get it? Can you try it out on another computer, also with installed synapse and with same device (my idea is that your PC is causing that kind of problem)
