Need Recovery image For my razer blade 15 Advanced - RTX 2080

have a Razer Blade 15 (RZ09-0288) I'm trying to find the relevant system recovery image. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044/kw/restore usb These instructions says "create a system recovery stick from the link provided by Razer Support" but where is that link and how do I get it? When I try and contact Razer Support, I can't get any further than "your device is no longer covered under warranty". Surely the computer doesn't need to be under warranty to download the recovery image? Can anyone please help me figure out where I can download the relevant files? Thanks in advance, Noman
