two step authentication problems

so i bought some razer gold and tried to buy something using it and i was asked to type my code from google authenticator but the code didnt work so i went to change it and that also require the code to access the security setting which again didnt work so how do i fix this

If you still have access to your backup codes, you can use those to access your account and change the 2-Step Authentication method. But if you don't have those already, I can help you submit a ticket for an account recovery request. Please send me the following:
