Razer nari ultimate no lighting

My razer nari ultimate earcups have no light. I have synapse 3 installed and brightness is turned on. battery is full. I also have huntsman elite, mamba elite optical and firefly. all of them are working fine.

    Weird. Try toggling "When display is turned off" on and off under Audio > Lighting. If the same thing still happens, you may proceed in having it tested on a different PC. Update me how it goes.

    I unistalled the synapse 3 and reinstall again. It's working fine now
