Try connecting your keyboard to a different PC, with the Synapse installed. This can help narrow down the issue towards either your PC or keyboard. If keyboard works normal on a different pc, then your PC OS or hardware has a fault.

It does the same thing on a different computer, with or without any software.

Seems like the buttons are referenced to those outputs. I have moved this thread to the RAZER Support forums. Wait for one of the RAZER supports to get to you through this thread, possible keyboard issue but where to look is a question. I recall helping out a similar incident. A user who spilled a soda drink on his BW showed a similar result.

Thank you for trying, I haven't spilled anything on the keyboard. I was in Blender and it started messing up, it took awhile to figure out that it was the keyboard and not Blender.

So does anyone have any new Ideas to try I would like to get my keyboard working.
