Kraken Pro V2 not detected by Synapse 2.0

My Kraken Pro V2 headset is not detected by Synapse 2.0 on my new PC unit. but it is working perfectly fine on my old unit. is there any fix to it? I tried a number of possible solutions but it still not working. Thanks

    Once you register a RAZER headset to a RAZER ID / email address, you just need to log back into the email, then your products should be populated on your Synapse.

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I have tried that as well. I have tried to use the same activation code as well for the 7.1 surround sound app and it shows invalid license code. Now I am only using the THX Spatial Sound app.

    The Razer Synapse 2.0 and 3.0 only detect USB-type devices, which most of the time are Chroma. However, if you want to use audio preset, select stereo headphones as a preset (Surround Sound Pro).
