Hello, i try to register my blackshark v2 X in the razor app to use the 7.1 feature, for some reason the app say the code is unknown, i know its the correct code, the one found under the left headphone

    Solved, cant find how to delete this ask. But the solution was that the code was also on the box of the product and there was an extra letter and number on the product, the lesser code worked
